6月20日，2019 ITC 海外高層次人才創新發展計劃暨首場歐美項目路演活動在ITC歸谷國際中心啟動。蕭山區委人才辦、區科技局、區人社局、錢江世紀城管委會、杭高投、NIHUB以及十余家投資機構出席。

會上，蕭山區委人才辦副主任韓趙炎向大家介紹了蕭山的產業結構和人才規劃，國際蕭的城市化進程中，人才與產業如何相互賦能。

隨后，杭高投董事長周愷秉作了題為《全球化下的創新創業》主旨演講，NIHUB創始人Lucas作了《外國人在中國創業的機會和挑戰》主題演講。

Kinexcs is a med-tech start-up building monitoring solutions to enhance rehabilitation. For example, patients who have gone through a Total Knee Replacement surgery (TKR) or Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) surgery. The main concept is to use high-resolution wearable devices to remotely monitor, track, analyse and report the progress of the patients who are undergoing rehabilitation.
